A lot of international airlines will head for the airport Hanover. Direct flights from Amster-dam, Brussels, London, Copenhagen and many other cities were offered. With the airport bus you have a convenient connection from the airport to the centre of the city. The bus drives directly, without intermediate stop, to the central station (time approx. 30 minutes, travelling expenses 6,- Euro). From the central station you can reach Alfeld comfortably by train (time approx. 30 minutes, travelling expenses between 9,- Euro and 13,- Euro depending on the class).

Through the convenient location at the important North-South marked-out route of the "Deutsche Bahn" you have a lot of connections to national trains, for example the "InterRegio" from Hamburg or Konstanz. With the "ICE" you can reach the stations Hanover or Göttingen very good. From these stations the "Deutsche Bahn" offers connections to Alfeld.

on the motorway A7 to the exit for Laatzen. There, turn off to the right on the federal road B443 and follow the course of the street to the by pass Pattensen. Turn off on the by pass (B3) in the direction of Alfeld. The federal road goes to Alfeld. Follow the signs "Industriegebiet Hannoversche Straße" and "Fagus-Werk"

on the motorway A7 take the exit for Nordheim-Nord. There, turn off the federal road (B3) in the direction of Alfeld. The federal road goes to Alfeld . Follow the signs "Industriegebiet Hannoversche Straße" and "Fagus-Werk"

from east...

on the motorway A2 take the exit for Lauenau. There, turn off to the right on the federal road B442 in the direction of Bad Münder. Follow the road to the village Hachmühlen. Here, at the end of the street, turn off to the left and after 500 metres turn off to the right again and follow the federal road B442 to Coppenbrügge. At Coppenbrügge turn off on the federal road B1 in the direction of Elze/Hildesheim. Just before Elze turn off on the federal road B3 in the direction of Alfeld. The federal road goes to Alfeld. Follow the signs "Industriegebiet Hannoversche Straße" and "Fagus-Werk"
